Unit 5

Ugh,,,, it has been one of those days well wait one of those times.. What is it that once you get everything in order and think things will be done correctly with no problems. That life might just be easy sailing that all of a sudden out of no where do things happen that mess up everything. With school starting this term I told myself, workers and my boss that under no reason was I going to stress about school and fall behind. The stress part has is showing its ugly head. I turn to this month and it seems that every time I get ready to leave so that I can attend class or do homework I am getting a call that there is an emergency at the office only to find out it is because they can't figure out how to fix something or work out a problem. I would love it if someone could give advice on how to make an office full of adults know how to work together to fix something and not think that their boss has to do it all the time.

  1. They should let you do the hiring, so you can find those motivated people who can make decisions and problem solve.
